Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a German-speaking Sales Retention Agent to promote the company's products and services, develop relationships with clients, and convert leads into long-lasting customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote financial products and services through effective relationship-building and lead conversion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) and proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Forex & CFD industry is essential.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent management and mathematics skills.
  • Great objection-handling abilities.
