We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a German-speaking Sales Retention Agent to promote the company's products and services, develop relationships with clients, and convert leads into long-lasting customers.
Key Responsibilities- Promote financial products and services through effective relationship-building and lead conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
- Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) and proficiency in English (B2 level).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Forex & CFD industry is essential.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work under deadlines.
- Excellent management and mathematics skills.
- Great objection-handling abilities.
