Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industry Segment Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national strategies for Industry Segments/Industry Clusters in line with our overall corporate strategy.

  • Manage price policy and customer conditions in accordance with company policies and in collaboration with the IS Manager.

  • Effectively handle strategic accounts and achieve agreed sales targets.

  • Coach and train the team in IS-related knowledge.

  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of marketing strategies for specific clusters.

  • Support IS Team Leader, Sales Manager, and Management in providing market inputs and information.

  • Collect product requirements of the IS as an input for ISP.

Requirements

  • Technical degree, Master, or similar in business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering, or mechatronics.

  • Local language and English fluency.

  • Computer skills: MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object.

  • 5 years of experience in Festo.

  • Specific knowledge in the Industry Cluster/Industry Segment area of responsibility.

  • Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster.

  • Special experience as Sales Engineer Industrial, National Key Account Manager.
