SMB Account Executive

Malt is seeking a driven and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our growing team in Germany.

As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for acquiring new business from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the German market. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding Malt's presence within this vital sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients within the SME landscape in Germany.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing deals.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Collaborating closely with our Community team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Providing expert guidance to clients in finding the right freelance talent for their needs.

We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • Proven sales experience within SaaS platforms or marketplaces.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • A demonstrated ability to prospect effectively and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
