We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) - H13 team. As a key member of our Commercial Sales team, you will be responsible for leading proposal responses to RFx opportunities and developing winning, innovative proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of AWS solutions to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute RFx proposal response plans, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, solutions architects, and subject matter experts, to gather and synthesize relevant information for proposal development.
- Ensure proposals are tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each customer, while adhering to AWS branding and messaging guidelines.
- Manage the proposal development process from initiation to delivery, ensuring continuous improvement of proposal content, templates, and processes.
The OPCOE team crafts AWS customer proposals and documents in response to needs for Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Tender (RFT) and Request for Quote (RFQ), collectively defined as RFx. We partner with Private Pricing, Cloud Intelligence, Cloud Economics, Analyst Relations and other Strategic Teams throughout a pursuit.
