Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Global Operations Specialist, der sich auf die internationale Abwicklung von Finanztransaktionen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres globalen Finanznetzwerks werden Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der Abwicklung von internationalen Transaktionen spielen und umfassende Dienstleistungen für Unternehmenskunden in ganz Europa anbieten.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Die eigenständige Bearbeitung internationaler Abwicklungsprozesse im Bereich Garantien, Außenhandelsgeschäfte und Handelsfinanzierungen, unter Berücksichtigung von rechtlichen und Compliance-Vorgaben.
  • Die Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Optimierungsvorschlägen für das Operations-Management-System sowie die Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von System-Updates und Versionsprüfungen.
  • Die Entgegennahme von Kundenanfragen aus dem Vertrieb oder Front-Office und die entsprechende Durchführung der Systemoperationen.
  • Die manuelle Buchführung und systemische Verwaltung von Garantien, einschließlich der Berechnung von Gebühren und der Durchführung erforderlicher Änderungen.
  • Die Verantwortung für das Produktmanagement in den Bereichen internationale Abwicklung, Handelsfinanzierungen und Garantien.
  • Die Überwachung von Fälligkeiten und Rückzahlungen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen.


Anforderungsprofil
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich internationale Wirtschaft oder Handel, idealerweise mit weiterführenden Zertifikaten wie CDCS, CFA oder FRM.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im internationalen Abwicklungsgeschäft oder als Relationship Manager bei einer international anerkannten Finanzinstitution.
  • Hervorragende soziale und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein professionelles und teamorientiertes Auftreten.
  • Strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, Führungsaufgaben zu übernehmen.
  • Exzellente schriftliche Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere im Bereich Finanz- und Branchenreporting, sind unerlässlich. Chinesische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Bereitschaft, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen.
