Operations Specialist

Wolt is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team in Central Germany. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing our courier partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard and retain courier partners
  • Manage courier supply scheduling and daily supply
  • Collaborate with the central team to plan expansion of the delivery area
  • Drive delivery efficiency of courier fleets and cities
  • Hold regular meet-ups with courier partners and manage off-boardings
  • Manage courier partner gear inventory

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and team motivator skills
  • Ability to think analytically and use analytical tools
  • Ability to lead by example and support team members and couriers
  • Fast learner with attention to detail
  • Thorough and organized with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible working hours, including occasional weekends
  • Fluent in English and German
