About the Role

The Product Enablement team at OVHcloud is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering public events, such as technical trainings and workshops, to our customers to accelerate the adoption of OVHcloud solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver Technical Knowledge and Expertise
    • Develop and deliver technical training content on OVHcloud products, tailored to various audiences and delivery modes (in-person, remote, eLearning).
    • Conduct public and private events, such as tutorials, theoretical training with demos, Tech Labs, and Webinars, to spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products.
  • Content Creation and Development
    • Design and develop educational content on OVHcloud products, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and meets the needs of our customers.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in OVHcloud solutions and adapt content accordingly.
  • Customer Engagement and Evangelism
    • Act as a cloud evangelist, promoting OVHcloud solutions and expertise to our customers.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Future Impact

In 6 months, you will have:

  • Delivered and spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products to multiple locations in Germany.
  • Established yourself as a cloud evangelist, promoting OVHcloud solutions to our customers.

In 1 year, you will have:

  • Developed in-depth knowledge of OVHcloud solutions and their applications.
  • Created a comprehensive library of educational content on OVHcloud products, tailored to various audiences and delivery modes.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficient in pedagogical principles and animation techniques.
  • Experience in educational content design and development.
  • Knowledge of OVHcloud portfolio products or equivalent at a hyperscaler, particularly in the public cloud universe (Compute, storage, network, Kubernetes, Database as a service, Artificial Intelligence, Identity and access management).
