- Oversee a team of Business Coaches:
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage teams of more than 10 coaches to guarantee uniformity and adherence to global best practices.
- Implement a business partner model in collaboration with the sales division to enhance quality and consistency on a global scale.
- Ensure that sales leaders are equipped with high-quality resources to empower their teams.
- Shape the future of the Revenue Enablement function by collaborating with Senior Leadership.
- Assist in the recruitment, assessment, and mentoring of sales teams.
- Design and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program for sales positions.
- Develop metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and track success.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of professional experience in sales, project management, e-commerce, or training.
- 2-4 years of experience leading a go-to-market team.
- Background in technology firms, preferably in the SaaS sector.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in engaging with external partners.
- Proven experience in managing multicultural teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English is essential.
