Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Manager NOC - Deutschland, der sich in unserer CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool auskennt und sich auf die Dokumentation, Analyse und Verwaltung von Kundenanfragen spezialisiert hat.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Die Dokumentation, Analyse und Verwaltung von Kundenanfragen in unserer CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Die Gewährleistung eines hohen Servicelevels für unsere Kunden
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team in Essen
