Sales Strategy Development: As our Strategic Business Development Manager, you will design and execute a multi-channel sales strategy integrating retail and e-commerce to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Drive the development of both physical and digital sales channels, ensuring seamless integration and improved market penetration.
  • Regularly track sales performance, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective measures to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified and effective sales approach across all channels.
  • Assist in creating and managing sales budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and consistent monitoring to achieve financial objectives.

Representative Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, combined with ~8-10 years of proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in both B2B and B2C settings.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); proficiency in German and Spanish is a significant advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in CRM tools and sales management platforms, with a solid understanding of e-commerce and retail strategies.
  • Bilingual proficiency (French and English) is mandatory.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
