We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our Service & Support Team in Brussels, Belgium.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer an attractive fixed salary ranging from €36,000 to €41,000 per year, depending on qualifications and previous experience. Our benefits package includes:

As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating team members' CVs to align with project needs and client requirements
- Organizing and managing project references and client testimonials for use in proposals and presentations
- Supporting content updates to our website, ensuring accurate information and liaising with the IT team
- Assisting with event planning and coordination, including logistics, invitations, and materials preparation
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English and French, with an understanding of German as an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and willingness to learn more
- Background in office administration and management or similar/equivalent work experience
