Your Field
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Identifying and strategically selecting national and international competitive tenders
  • Conducting market analysis and developing targeted strategies
  • Researching and selecting VgV procedures in common tendering platforms
  • Checking and compiling documents for acquisition inquiries and VgV procedures
  • Supporting project participants (project managers, specialist planners, external service providers)
  • Managing quality and further developing application documents
  • Supporting the maintenance of strategic partnerships

Your Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Successfully completed studies in international business management, project management, marketing, communication, construction, or a comparable qualification
  • Creativity and innovative thinking
  • Motivation, commitment, and accuracy
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Professional and engaging demeanor, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
  • Mobility, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
  • Routine in dealing with MS Office products
  • Very good German language skills, good English language skills an advantage
