About the Role

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that offers a range of innovative financial solutions, including FX risk management, trade finance, and international payments. We are seeking a highly skilled FX Dealer to join our Frankfurt office, where you will play a crucial role in promoting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management.
  • Execute FX trades with multiple liquidity providers, utilizing various trading platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, client churn reduction, and upselling high-margin products.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
  • Originate new business through networking with existing clients and referrals.
Requirements
  • Strong financial services sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Experience working in a commercial bank or a similar environment, selling to SMEs or other relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations.
  • Fluent German and professional-level English language skills.
