FX Dealer Job Description

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that offers a range of innovative financial solutions, including FX risk management, trade finance, and international payments.

We are seeking a highly skilled FX Dealer to join our Frankfurt office, with a proven track record in dealing and trading experience, as well as exceptional sales skills.

As an FX Dealer, you will be responsible for promoting the growth of Ebury by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management.
  • Execute FX trades with multiple liquidity providers, using various trading platforms, including Bloomberg and Reuters.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, client churn reduction, and upselling high-margin products.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
  • Originate new business through networking with existing clients and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial services sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Experience working in a commercial bank or a similar environment, selling to SMEs or other clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations.
  • Fluent German and professional-level English language skills.
