Your Mission

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Surgical Education Manager, focusing on Digital and Hybrid Learning. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in crafting, executing, and overseeing educational initiatives tailored for healthcare professionals in the surgical domain. The main objective will be to enhance digital and hybrid educational offerings, ensuring the provision of exceptional educational content and experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Digital Education Strategy:

  • Formulate and implement a robust digital education strategy aimed at surgical professionals.
  • Introduce innovative digital learning methods, including e-learning modules, webinars, virtual simulations, and other advanced technologies.
Hybrid Education Programs:
  • Design and oversee hybrid educational programs that integrate online and face-to-face elements for an enriched learning experience.
  • Manage logistics for in-person training sessions, workshops, and practical experiences.
Curriculum Development:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and pertinent curriculum materials.
  • Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices in surgical education.
Platform Management:
  • Supervise the selection and management of digital platforms and tools for educational content delivery.
  • Stay updated on advancements in educational technology and recommend enhancements to improve the learning experience.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and educational institutions.
  • Work with internal teams to align educational programs with broader organizational objectives.
Quality Assurance:
  • Establish quality assurance protocols to assess the effectiveness of educational programs.
  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually enhance content and delivery methods.
Budget Management:
  • Create and oversee budgets for digital and hybrid education initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
Your Profile

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital and hybrid education programs, ideally within the healthcare or surgical sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of educational technologies, e-learning platforms, and virtual simulations.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with surgical procedures, practices, and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of accreditation processes for continuing education programs is advantageous.
