Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Surgical Education Manager, specializing in Digital and Hybrid Learning. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the creation, execution, and oversight of educational programs tailored for healthcare practitioners in the surgical domain. The primary focus will be on advancing digital and hybrid education efforts, ensuring the provision of exceptional educational content and experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Digital Education Strategy:

  • Formulate and implement a thorough digital education strategy aimed at surgical professionals.
  • Introduce innovative digital learning solutions, such as e-learning modules, webinars, virtual simulations, and other state-of-the-art technologies.
Hybrid Education Programs:
  • Design and oversee hybrid education programs that integrate online and face-to-face elements for an enhanced learning experience.
  • Manage logistics for in-person training sessions, workshops, and practical experiences.
Curriculum Development:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and pertinent curriculum materials.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in surgical education.
Platform Management:
  • Supervise the selection and administration of digital platforms and tools for educational content delivery.
