Position: Specialist in International Order Processing (all genders)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of essential documents, including pro forma invoices and Certificates of Origin (COO) and Conformity (COC).
  • Verification of orders concerning pricing, stock levels, and availability.
  • Management of order processing actions.
  • Monitoring delivery dates and tracking orders.
  • Maintenance of pricing in the ERP system.
  • Updating customer master data in the ERP system, including new customer creation and existing customer maintenance.
  • Handling returns efficiently.
  • Reviewing debit notes and generating credit notes.
  • Processing backorders in collaboration with Financial Services.
  • Providing telephone and written support to customers and sales partners.
  • Engaging in customer-specific projects.
  • Assisting in the implementation of automated optimization processes in order processing.
Your Profile:
  • Commercial training, preferably in wholesale and foreign trade.
  • Several years of experience in both national and international order processing.
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
  • A structured approach to work.
  • Flexibility and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
  • A proactive and self-reliant work ethic.
