Your Role: Specialist in International Order Processing (all genders)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare essential documents such as pro forma invoices, Certificates of Origin (COO), and Certificates of Conformity (COC).
  • Verify orders for pricing, stock levels, and availability.
  • Oversee order actions and monitor delivery timelines.
  • Maintain pricing information within the ERP system.
  • Manage customer master data, including the creation of new customer profiles.
  • Handle returns and process debit and credit notes.
  • Collaborate with Financial Services on backorder management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and written communication.
  • Contribute to customer-specific projects.
  • Support the implementation of automated optimization processes in order processing.
Your Profile:
  • Completed commercial training, preferably in wholesale and foreign trade.
  • Several years of experience in both national and international order processing.
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
  • Structured and organized approach to work.
  • Ability to adapt and perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive and resourceful in your work approach.
