We are looking for a prospective team member for the position of Senior Associate to join our Treasury Services Client Support team in EMEA.

In this position, you will have a significant impact in the following areas:

Assisting clients across various market segments and regions, utilizing multiple languages. Acting as the primary contact for daily client inquiries and managing diverse investigations, including resolutions related to specific products such as payments, trades, or other BNY Mellon services. Offering functional support to internal stakeholders, including data collection and report preparation for AML/KYC compliance regarding clients. Additionally, you will provide daily support to BNY Mellon Treasury Services Relationship Management, ensuring a positive experience for both existing and prospective clients.

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Direct experience in client-facing roles within the financial services sector. Familiarity with correspondent banking or a solid understanding of the payments product lifecycle. Experience in discussing digital solutions with clients. Proven ability to work within a global team environment. Proficiency in both German and English.
