We are looking for a future team member for the position of Senior Associate to join our Treasury Services Client Servicing team in EMEA.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the following areas:

Provide exceptional service to clients across diverse market segments and regions, accommodating multiple languages. Act as the primary contact for daily client inquiries, managing various investigations and resolutions related to specific products such as payments, trades, or other BNY Mellon offerings. Deliver functional support to internal stakeholders, including data collection and report preparation for AML/KYC compliance related to clients. Additionally, you will offer daily support to BNY Mellon Treasury Services Relationship Management, ensuring a positive experience for both existing and prospective clients.

To excel in this position, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Proven experience in client-facing roles within the Financial Services sector. Familiarity with correspondent banking or a solid understanding of the payments product lifecycle. Experience in discussing digital solutions with clients. Ability to work effectively within a global team. Proficiency in both German and English.
