PWM specialists craft personalized investment plans and offer a comprehensive suite of wealth management solutions, including private banking and fiduciary services.

YOUR IMPACT
A Wealth Management Associate plays a crucial role in delivering client service management support to our clientele and operational assistance to sales teams during the onboarding of new client accounts, trade execution, liquidity oversight, and the ongoing management of existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your operational expertise and experience to contribute to a thriving business
  • Collaborate closely with Private Wealth Advisors to support their PWM clientele
  • Identify and coordinate wealth advisory services opportunities within the client portfolio
  • Oversee the implementation and rebalancing of advisory business
  • Manage cash reserves and private banking services within client accounts
  • Act as a primary liaison to other departments supporting the PWM division
  • Plan and oversee the onboarding process for new accounts
  • Provide insights into client reporting and digital capabilities to prospective clients
  • Execute, process, and reconcile trading and other investment-related transactions

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent or native proficiency in German is essential
  • Candidates may need to pass examinations related to MiFID II K&C and/or NFA Swap
  • Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to various industries and business contexts
  • Self-directed with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and make independent judgments
  • Capable of effectively interacting and building relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
