We are looking for a prospective team member for the position of Senior Associate to become part of our Treasury Services Client Servicing team in EMEA.

In this position, you will contribute in the following ways:

Deliver exceptional service to clients across diverse market segments and regions, utilizing multiple languages. Act as the primary point of contact for daily client inquiries, managing various investigations and resolving issues related to specific products such as payments, trades, or other BNY Mellon offerings. Provide functional assistance to internal stakeholders, including data gathering and report preparation for AML/KYC compliance related to clients. Offer daily support to BNY Mellon Treasury Services Relationship Management, ensuring a positive experience for both existing and prospective clients.

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Direct experience in client-facing roles within the Financial Services sector. Familiarity with correspondent banking or a solid understanding of the payments product lifecycle. Experience in discussing digital solutions with clients. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a global team. Proficiency in both German and English.
