About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE Rahmati Markt. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash handling area
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and processing returns and exchanges
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
