Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop our global Brand Management and Innovation team both strategically and operationally.
  • Drive the strategic development of the brand portfolio domestically and internationally.
  • Develop and implement business plans, media strategies, and communication strategies on a national and global scale.
  • Plan, manage, and report on marketing campaigns and media strategies with your team, as well as create compelling content to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts and oversee product development in the OTC sector.
  • Monitor the market and competition, conducting performance and potential analyses.
  • Collaborate with our M&A team on acquisition projects and successfully integrate acquired brands and assets into our business.
Your Profile
  • Hold a degree in business studies or a related field.
  • Have relevant experience in marketing or a top-tier consulting firm with a focus on Marketing/Consumer/FMCG.
  • Demonstrate leadership experience, the ability to stay focused in challenging situations, and the skill to develop creative solutions.
  • Possess excellent project management skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking, and the ability to act proactively and independently.
  • Communicate complex issues and proposals effectively in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
