- You will lead our global brand management and innovation team in a technical and disciplinary manner and continuously develop it further.
- You are responsible for the strategic development of the brand portfolio in Germany and abroad.
- You are responsible for creating and implementing business plans as well as media and communication strategies – nationally and internationally.
- Planning, controlling, and reporting marketing campaigns together with your team is part of your daily business, as is planning our media strategy.
- You develop and design engaging content together with your team and our internal creative team to further increase brand awareness and engagement.
- As a cross-functional project leader, you are responsible for developing new product concepts as well as product development in the OTC area.
- Together, you continuously monitor the market and competition and conduct corresponding performance and potential analyses.
- You work closely with our M&A team on acquisition projects and successfully integrate acquired brands and assets into our existing business.
- You have a completed business administration degree or a comparable education.
- You have gained relevant professional experience in the field of marketing or a top-tier consulting firm with a focus on marketing/consumer/FMCG.
- You have already gained leadership experience, maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations, and can develop creative solution approaches in difficult situations.
- You have excellent project management experience, a very good analytical and strategic thinking ability, and act proactively and independently.
- You can present complex problem statements and solution proposals very well in German and English. Further languages are desirable.
