Position Overview

As a Brand Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive brand activation strategies across various customer interaction points.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: You will be responsible for the strategic direction, conceptualization, and management of holistic brand activation initiatives.
  • BTL Campaign Development: Your passion for developing, planning, and executing below-the-line (BTL) campaigns will be essential, ensuring alignment with the overarching brand strategy.
  • Performance Analysis: Post-implementation, you will analyze and assess the success of BTL initiatives based on defined performance indicators.
  • Budget Management: You will oversee budget responsibilities, always considering the broader organizational goals and strategies.
  • Agency and Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively managing agencies and stakeholders, as well as leading team members, will be part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Educational Background: A completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on marketing, is required.
  • Professional Experience: You should have a minimum of three years of practical experience, having successfully implemented multiple brand strategies and BTL campaigns.
  • Expertise in BTL Planning: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing BTL measures is essential.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous roles should reflect your ability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Language Proficiency: You should be comfortable conducting conversations in both German and English.
