Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer success
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
- 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in German and English
