Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, conducting high-level discussions, and determining business needs. Your primary goal will be to evoke interest in our products and services, ultimately driving business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with top decision-makers in various industries
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to achieve sales goals
- Meet and exceed personal targets while contributing to the company's overall success
- 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in German (native or bilingual) and English
