Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the management team in business development and project management
- Identifying international market opportunities and analyzing competitors
- Leading product development projects
- Preparing and following up on international project meetings and business meetings
- Communicating and coordinating with global partners
- Creating reports, presentations, and decision-making documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- First-hand experience in business development and market analysis, preferably in an international environment
- First-hand experience in technical project management and/or product development
- Proficiency in analysis tools and techniques, as well as technical software applications
- Strong analytical skills, technical affinity, and intercultural competence
- Solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English
- Travel readiness in a comfortable framework
