About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a License Owner for Stranger Soccer in Munich. As a License Owner, you will be responsible for bringing the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in the assigned city.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games, engage in creative sales and marketing efforts to introduce customers to the platform, and oversee a schedule of games to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) as well as a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation.
  • Market Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the Stranger Soccer business in Munich, including identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Passion for Football: A strong connection to the local football scene and a passion for the sport.
  • Business Background: A business background, ideally in management and customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial background or spirit, with a willingness to take calculated risks and drive business growth.
  • Commitment to Growth: A commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market.
  • Results-Oriented: A hunger to succeed, with financial compensation for this role proportionate to hard work, business acumen, and effectiveness.
