Assistant Manager Career Center & Corporate Relations

Munich Business School is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dedicated team as an Assistant Manager Career Center & Corporate Relations. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and corporate partners, while also contributing to the development of our career services and corporate relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance and support in navigating their career paths.
  • Event Maestro: Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of career fairs, workshops, and networking events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all participants.
  • Communication Guru: Craft compelling emails and newsletters to keep our community informed and inspired, highlighting career opportunities, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Administrative Whiz: Manage daily office tasks, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records with precision and efficiency.
  • Resource Curator: Oversee the management of our career resources, ensuring students have access to the most up-to-date and relevant tools and information.
Requirements:
  • A university degree and a strong understanding of different stakeholders, including students, faculty, corporate partners, and alumni.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Awareness of and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bilingual or C1 level in English and German, including solid writing skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and experience with CRM systems.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
