- Student and Agency Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for counselors, agencies, and other stakeholders, primarily in China, India, and Eastern Europe, to promote the university's programs and services.

- International Event Representation: Represent the university at international recruitment events, fairs, and conferences to promote the university's brand and programs.

- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with a working knowledge of German.

- EU Citizenship and Location: EU citizenship and based in the Munich area.
