Sales and Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Vision Markets, a leading Recruitment Consulting firm dedicated to the global Machine Vision market. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth with strategic key accounts in the field of photonics and machine vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships and expand business.
- Acquire new strategic key accounts, focusing on opto-electronic components and photonics-related products.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to optimize the R&D and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer applications to manage the development of customized products, leveraging technical expertise in optics and light measurement.
- Work closely with colleagues from Field Application Engineering, R&D, and sales support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, key account management, or business development of technical high-end products, preferably in the field of optics/photonics.
- Solid understanding of optics and light measurement principles.
- Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and trustworthy personality with strong communication skills.
