YOUR MISSION

As an Enterprise Sales Development Specialist at Procuros GmbH, you will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy. Your primary focus will be on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within the DACH region, specifically targeting enterprise clients. Your key objective will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and arrange introductory meetings to facilitate our expansion efforts.

YOUR TASKS
  • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential enterprise customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Engage with prospects through various outreach methods, including cold calling and email campaigns, to generate new leads.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers, generating interest and addressing inquiries.
  • Evaluate the needs of prospective customers and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Schedule and assist in initial discovery calls to further assess potential fit.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and support new opportunities until closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities, contacts, and accounts within our CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events and webinars to network and promote our solutions.
  • Develop expertise in Procuros' solutions and the operational processes of retail companies.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies for the DACH market.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to articulate the value of various use cases to meet customer needs.
  • Quick to understand the nuances of technical products and complex business processes relevant to our target market.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS sector.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
