About the Role

As a FX Sales Director at Ebury, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving business growth and revenue. You will be focused on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate new business opportunities by targeting high-value clients with a turnover of £50M+.
  • Sell cash management, FX hedging, and payment products to clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, strategies, and challenges to provide effective solutions.
  • Support our client relationship and servicing culture through regular customer contact, written reports, and exceptional customer service.

  • Have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals in the FX industry.
  • Can develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
  • Are a skilled negotiator and communicator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Are relationship-focused, nurturing long-term commercial relationships.
