The Team:
Our Payroll & HR Administration team for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific is based in vibrant locations and is on an exciting mission to establish a comprehensive global payroll delivery model. We are eager to welcome a new intern who will contribute to our extensive payroll knowledge for Germany. In this position, you will report directly to the Director of HR Administration & Payroll and collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team.
The Role:
Join the DACH team and play a crucial role in supporting payroll and HR administration functions for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with payroll operations, assist with daily tasks, and participate in significant projects that influence our strategic direction. As an intern, you will gain practical experience and valuable insights into the complexities of payroll within a leading global organization like Celonis. What You'll Do:
Engage in Real-World Payroll Administration: Participate in payroll administrative activities, ensuring accurate data entry and precision, providing a solid foundation in payroll operations. Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Oversee and manage payroll inquiries using the ServiceNow ticketing system, becoming an integral part of our support framework. Ensure Compliance and Organization: Systematically maintain and archive employee payroll records to meet audit standards. Unleash Your Analytical Skills: Conduct data analysis and generate insightful reports in Excel, aiding in data-driven decision-making. Contribute to Process Excellence: Assist in the upkeep and enhancement of process documentation, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.Your Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A strong eagerness to learn and grow within the payroll domain. Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office, especially Excel. Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential.What Celonis Offers You:
