Your Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the Benelux market, managing all strategic and operational aspects of our Kijimea online shop.
  • Customize the online shop to meet the specific needs of the local markets by conducting thorough market and competitive analyses, leading projects to enhance our online presence and expand our product offerings.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, assisting in the establishment of a Dutch-speaking customer service team.
  • Translate all shop content into Dutch and create tailored newsletters for our audience.
Requirements
  • A completed university degree in economics or a related field.
  • Fluency in Dutch at a native level, with strong proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level).
  • In-depth understanding of the Dutch and/or Belgian market dynamics and culture; e-commerce experience is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new responsibilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of performing under pressure.
  • Positive and proactive approach to customer interactions, supported by excellent language skills.
