Join Our Team as a Partner Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Manager to join our team at Agicap. As a Partner Manager, you will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of our partnerships in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a training concept to enhance partner capabilities
  • Train partners online and offline to improve their sales and implementation of Agicap
  • Collaborate with partners to find creative solutions to customer cash management challenges
  • Strengthen partnerships with management consultancies, banks, scale-ups, and other companies to meet sales targets
  • Expand the existing partner network and build long-term business relationships
  • Promote the Agicap tool through product demos and drive brand awareness
  • Prepare events, webinars, and trade fairs in collaboration with the marketing team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or economics
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in the SaaS environment and a desire to develop into a product champion
  • Independent and confident communication skills with partners
  • Hands-on mentality and a willingness to travel for on-site coaching
  • Proficiency in German (C2+) and English (C1)
