About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Abteilungsleiter für das Regionale Underwriting und Verkaufsmanagement Sachversicherung in Berlin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our property insurance business in the Berlin region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of underwriters and sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
