Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a regional visibility and engagement strategy targeting key clients and brokers in South Germany, ensuring alignment with product teams. Strategically coordinate and prioritize expansion initiatives for target accounts and customers. Facilitate introductions and cultivate qualified new business opportunities within selected sectors. Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the Southern Region. Oversee the execution of a regional communication strategy for brokers, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of BHSI's products, capabilities, risk appetite, and competitive advantages. Collect and provide insights on broker portfolios, significant accounts, and influential figures, including client executives and industry specialists. Evaluate and monitor the performance of regional brokers, supporting the underwriting team with pertinent broker data, including KPIs and portfolio information.Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in commercial insurance underwriting or brokerage. Established relationships and visibility within the brokerage and risk management sectors. A collaborative, diplomatic, and influential approach when working with internal teams, clients, and brokers. Exceptional communication skills. Proficient in both strategic planning and tactical execution, excelling as both a team player and an individual contributor. Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in data collection, development, and performance monitoring. Willingness to travel for client and broker engagements within the region.BHSI Offers:
