As a Support Account Manager at Siemens Digital Logistics GmbH, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers as a proactive solution partner. Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers as a proactive solution partner and control internal processes
  • Ensure compliance with framework conditions for operational processes
  • Manage contractual, planning, and financial aspects of the service business with customers
  • Monitor service performance in terms of budget, quality, and duration, and review service provision
  • Plan, monitor, and calculate resource capacity
  • Apply deep knowledge of Siemens logistics applications to perform customer support case management via web and phone communications
  • Work within a team environment to monitor customer issues, perform triage, troubleshooting, and escalation routing as necessary
  • Provide customer assistance in a professional and efficient manner, adhering to established processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in implementing web applications, with strong JavaScript and SQL skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills on enterprise-level applications, with EDI knowledge an advantage
  • Successful technical or university degree in business informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience
  • Quick comprehension, strong technical understanding, and confident appearance
  • Very good English language skills, with German skills an advantage
  • Communicative and structured manner, with a hands-on mentality and quick comprehension
  • Ideal location: Frankenthal or remote in Germany, with occasional travel
