Position Overview:
As a Sales Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global sales initiatives by addressing technical inquiries from various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the international sales team by providing expert technical guidance and support.
- Evaluate client needs and devise tailored technical solutions to meet those requirements.
- Develop comprehensive process documentation and visual aids to effectively communicate your solutions.
- Engage actively in sales presentations and client meetings, working in close collaboration with the sales team.
- Offer continuous support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and success.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is required.
- Prior experience in process engineering is advantageous but not essential.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills is necessary.
- A collaborative mindset with exceptional communication capabilities is essential.
- Familiarity with EPLAN software is considered a plus.
