Position Overview:

As a Sales Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global sales initiatives by addressing technical inquiries from various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the international sales team by providing expert technical guidance and support.
  • Evaluate client needs and devise tailored technical solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation and visual aids to effectively communicate your solutions.
  • Engage actively in sales presentations and client meetings, working in close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Offer continuous support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and success.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is required.
  • Prior experience in process engineering is advantageous but not essential.
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills is necessary.
  • A collaborative mindset with exceptional communication capabilities is essential.
  • Familiarity with EPLAN software is considered a plus.
