As a Client Services Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and tailored to their needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle flight bookings, ensuring optimal service quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain an overview of all flights, observing special restrictions or operational restrictions, and anticipating any issues that could affect the customer experience.
  • Proactively communicate with clients on operational restrictions and offer suitable alternative options.
  • Maintain timely, factual, and accurate communication with clients on all aspects of their flight.
  • Strategic planning and coordination with all departments of the Operational Control Center.
  • Monitor changes such as CTOT, Slots, diversion, and re-route or re-plan as necessary to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
  • Take ownership of high-profile clients and flights, ensuring they have the utmost priority and focus.
  • Independent processing of daily flights.
  • Organization of flight-related services and additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Business Aviation environment is preferred.
  • Customer service experience and the enthusiasm to provide exceptional service to all customers.
  • Ability to skillfully handle difficult and demanding situations while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactive, service-driven, and a keen team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, including advanced spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, a strong attention to detail, and deliver punctually even when working under pressure.
