About the Role
VistaJet GmbH, a leading private aviation company, is seeking an experienced Executive to join its Client Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring seamless flight experiences, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight bookings, ensuring optimal service quality and efficiency.
- Maintain an overview of all flights, anticipating any issues or problems that could affect the customer experience.
- Proactively communicate with clients on operational restrictions and offer suitable alternative options.
- Maintain timely, factual, and accurate communication with clients on all aspects of their flight.
- Strategic planning and coordination with all departments of the Operational Control Center.
- Monitor changes such as CTOT, Slots, diversion, and re-route or re-plan as necessary to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
- Taking ownership of high-profile clients and flights, ensuring they have the utmost priority and focus.
- Independent processing of daily flights.
- Organization of flight-related services and additional tasks as required.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Executive with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have experience within a Business Aviation environment, excellent English language skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail even when working under pressure.
