Position: Vertriebsleiter (m/w/d) für IT-Softwarelösungen

Überblick:
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsprofi, der unsere Softwarelösungen an Unternehmen in der chemischen und pharmazeutischen Industrie in Europa vertreibt.

Aufgaben:
1. Identifikation und Ansprache von Schlüsselkunden im B2B-Bereich der Chemie- und Pharmaindustrie.
2. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien für den europäischen Markt.
3. Aktive Verwaltung des eigenen Vertriebstrichters zur Generierung von Abschlüssen und Neukunden.
4. Unterstützung bei der Kaltakquise durch unser engagiertes Team.
5. Initiierung und Durchführung von Marketingkampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam.
6. Eigenverantwortliche Verhandlungen führen und Vertragsvorbereitungen mit Unterstützung unserer Vertriebsassistenten.

Anforderungen:
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf komplexer SaaS/IT-Lösungen an B2B-Kunden oder relevante Vertriebserfahrung in der Chemie- oder Pharmabranche.
- Leidenschaft für die Akquise neuer Kunden und das Abschließen von Geschäften.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein professionelles Auftreten.
- Starke Zuhör- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
