Position: Für unsere Abteilung Controlling suchen wir einen Pricing Specialist / Vertriebscontroller (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Controlling.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Preisstrategien zur Stärkung unserer Marktposition.
  • Sie erstellen Preisstrategiekonzepte für neue und bestehende Produkte und unterstützen bei der Kalkulation der Produktionskosten.
  • Sie analysieren Marktdaten, Wettbewerbsangebote und Kundenbedürfnisse, um fundierte Preisentscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Sie koordinieren und leiten Preisprojekte im operativen und strategischen Preismanagement.
  • Sie tragen Verantwortung für die Automatisierung und Digitalisierung grundlegender Prozesse sowie für die Weiterentwicklung datengetriebener Preisstrategien.
  • Sie erstellen Preiskalkulationen, Reportings und Präsentationen für das Management.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil.
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerBI.
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und routinierter Umgang mit Daten und Berichten.
  • Vertriebserfahrung, insbesondere im Bereich Pricing.
  • Strukturiertes und analytisches Denkvermögen.
  • Engagement, Leistungsbereitschaft und Kreativität.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen.
  • Ein souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
