Transfer Pricing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Transfer Pricing to join our team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our Transfer Pricing team, you will play a crucial role in setting Transfer Pricing Guidance for all intercompany transactions within our Group.
The Transfer Pricing Team is responsible for ensuring compliance with local tax laws and international standards. Your expertise will be essential in publishing internal TP Policies, supporting local and regional teams, and navigating local tax audits and controversy.
As a Manager, Transfer Pricing, you will work closely with our Legal, Accounting & Controlling Teams, as well as Tax specialists from other regions. Your ability to understand business operations and find solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders will be invaluable.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing independent, comprehensive, and business-oriented transfer pricing advice
- Developing pragmatic solutions in close cooperation with business teams
- Reviewing and analyzing intercompany pricing policies
- Managing individual Transfer Pricing Audits and mutual agreement procedures
- Supporting coordination and preparation of global transfer pricing documentation
- Interface and close cooperation with regional and local teams, as well as business teams
- Independently managing internal and external stakeholders to comply with internal TP Guidelines and Policies
- Compiling and organizing financial data and other relevant information to support transfer pricing analyses and documentation
Requirements:
- Legal, Business, or Economics background
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing
- Experience with Tax litigation and Tax controversy handling
- Fluent German language skills (At least C1 Level)
