Job Title: Tax Manager - Transfer Pricing Specialist

PPO is a fintech company that provides digital payment solutions to businesses and banks, enabling them to scale their local payment services through a single connection. Our solutions are used by companies like Stripe and PayPal to boost their conversions and simplify local payments.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Tax Manager specializing in transfer pricing to join our Tax team. This role is part of the Global Finance team, responsible for managing our transfer pricing compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in transfer pricing, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the entire transfer pricing lifecycle for the PPO Group
  • Regularly review and update transfer pricing models and policies, including services transactions, cost sharing, and financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and rules related to transfer pricing, including preparation of transfer pricing documentations for PPO entities
  • Analyze business transactions and identify potential transfer pricing risks, developing and implementing measures to mitigate risks
  • Advise management and relevant departments on transfer pricing issues and risks
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors, financial auditors, and authorities during tax audits and other transfer pricing matters
  • Evaluate transfer pricing strategies to identify optimization opportunities and implement new operational processes
Requirements:
  • University degree in Tax Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a large company or tax consultancy firm
  • Solid knowledge of relevant national and OECD regulations and rules
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex transfer pricing issues effectively
  • Experience working with tax authorities and external auditors
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
