Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing Specialist

Deliver Exceptional Transfer Pricing Solutions
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Transfer Pricing team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in setting Transfer Pricing Guidance for all intercompany transactions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide independent, comprehensive, and business-oriented transfer pricing advice in all business areas of the Group, including preparation of new Guidelines and Policies.
- Develop pragmatic solutions in close cooperation with business teams.
- Review and analyze intercompany pricing policies.
- Manage individual Transfer Pricing Audits and mutual agreement procedures in Germany and all other jurisdictions where the local OpCos are integrated into our Global Transfer Pricing Model.
- Support coordination, preparation, and analysis of the global transfer pricing documentation project, including Local files, Master files, and CbCR, benchmarking studies, intercompany agreements, and functional analysis.
- Interface and close cooperation with regional and local teams, as well as business teams, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury teams, and international Finance teams, management, and external counsels regarding our Group's Transfer Pricing Model.
- Independently manage internal and external stakeholders to comply with internal TP Guidelines and Policies.
- Compile and organize financial data and other relevant information to support transfer pricing analyses and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for transfer pricing compliance and reporting.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including prioritizing and process optimization to improve TP compliance.
Requirements:
- Legal, Business, or Economics background.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing.
- Experience with Tax litigation and Tax controversy handling.
- Fluent German language skills (At least C1 Level).
