We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at JD Ross Energy. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through the sale of ground-mounted and rooftop photovoltaic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers and business opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies for major customers in the field of photovoltaics, including ground-mounted and rooftop systems.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting: Achieve sales targets and provide regular reporting to management on sales performance and progress.
  • Contract Negotiation and Administration: Negotiate contract terms, prices, and delivery times with customers, and prepare offers and order confirmations.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously develop and implement process improvements in the sales area, including coordination with other departments such as purchasing and project planning.

Requirements:

  • Analytical and Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills to conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities, as well as a solid understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Sales Experience and Success: Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and sales growth, with several years of experience in the sale of photovoltaic systems or similar renewable energy technologies.
  • Customer Focus and Communication: Strong customer focus and excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Education and Qualifications: Degree in business administration, engineering, renewable energies, or a comparable qualification.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel at home and abroad, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
